Shahriza Ali
Canadian and U.S. Corporate, Immigration and Employment Law
Shahriza practices Canadian and U.S. corporate, immigration and employment law. She obtained her law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2008. Shahriza completed her articles and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2014. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Washington State Bar Association. Shahriza has been actively practising law for over ten years.
Prior to opening Evergreen Law Corporation, Shahriza was an Associate at Tiffany & Company Law Corporation. There, she honed her corporate/commercial, immigration, and employment law skills.

Nader Kassem
Articled Student
Nader obtained his law degree in 2019 from the University of Calgary. Nader is in the process of completing his B.C. articles. He will be called to the bar in the Law Society of British Columbia in July 2020.
Prior to joining Evergreen, Nader worked as a summer student and completed part of his articles at Tiffany & Company Law Corporation. There, he focused on corporate/commercial and securities law by drafting corporate resolutions, shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, and share purchase agreements. He also assisted corporations by drafting commercial leases, supply agreements, and employment agreements.
While at the University of Calgary, Nader volunteered with Student Legal Assistance. In this position, he represented clients in provincial court for criminal and family law matters. Nader speaks Arabic and English.
